The project is being marketed as fully Sharia-compliant and consists of 50x100 titled plots. According to details shared at the launch, each plot is priced at Shs15 million, with a promotional discount of Shs500,000 for buyers who purchase on Friday, July 3, 2026, reducing the price to Shs14.5 million.

Halera said the Phase 3 rollout is part of the company’s continued expansion along the Kalasa–Ssemuto corridor, which is attracting growing residential interest due to improved road connectivity from Kampala.

She also emphasised the importance of caution in land transactions, warning buyers to conduct proper due diligence before committing funds.

“Real estate can be profitable, but careful due diligence is essential before getting involved,” the company noted during the briefing.

It was also clarified during the session that administrators of land titles do not directly sell land, but facilitate allocation processes.

“They only assist with allocating it,” information shared at the breakfast meeting indicated, with prospective buyers urged to verify titles and independently confirm ownership details through the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development.

The developers said Salaam Estates Phase 3 is aimed at buyers looking for structured, titled and Sharia-compliant land investment opportunities in emerging residential zones around Kampala.
